Do you take insurance?

We take some insurance. Currently this includes: Cigna, as well as plans that go through ASH. Reach out to us or your insurance company directly to check if we are in network. If we are out of network with your insurance company we can provide you with a Superbill upon request to submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a healthcare profession focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, especially those related to the spine. Chiropractors use hands-on spinal adjustments and other techniques to improve alignment, reduce pain, and support the body's natural ability to heal itself.

What do Chiropractors treat?

Chiropractors treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including : Back pain (upper, middle, lower); neck pain (whiplash, poor posture, cervical spine issues); headaches (tension, migraines); joint pain (often arthritic or injury related); sports injuries (sprains/ strains); carpal tunnel syndrome  

What can I expect on the first visit?

The first visit includes: Initial consultation (questions about health history, symptoms, specific concerns); physical examination (checking posture, spinal alignment, range of motions, specific orthopedic tests; adjustment (as long as there are no red flags during the consult or exam)

What is the popping noise I hear?

The popping noise you hear during a chiropractic adjustment is called a cavitation. It occurs when gas bubbles in the fluid within your joints are rapidly released due to a change in pressure.
